A room full of men who are trying to figure out the same thing you are. For a lot of guys this does more than one-to-one work ever could.
Groups here run outdoors, usually around a fire, over a set number of weeks. We talk about what it means to be a man, a father, and a partner, where those beliefs came from, and what you actually want to hand down.
It is not a lecture and it is not a support circle. It is a group of men doing deliberate work with a licensed clinician in the room.
